Impartiality Assurance Policy Pledge

I pledge to uphold the highest standards of impartiality, independence and fairness in all my professional activities. I will act without bias, prejudice or favour toward any party and will ensure that my judgments, decisions and recommendations are based solely on merit, facts and applicable law.

I will disclose, in a timely and transparent manner, any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest or any circumstance that could reasonably call into question my impartiality or independence. I will recuse myself from any matter where such a conflict exists or may arise.

I will not accept any gift, benefit, hospitality or favour that could influence or be perceived to influence my objectivity. I will maintain the confidentiality of all information entrusted to me and will treat all parties with equal respect and consideration.

I will continually strive to promote trust in the dispute resolution process by adhering to ethical conduct, transparency and professional integrity at all times.

I make this pledge voluntarily and affirm that I will not breach this commitment in thought, word or deed.
