Zero Gift Policy Pledge

I pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability in all aspects of my work. I will not solicit, accept or receive any gift, favour, hospitality or benefit of any kind whether in cash or in kind from any individual, organization or entity that has a real or potential interest in any decision, action or matter related to my official duties.

I understand that gifts, regardless of their value, can influence judgment, compromise objectivity and erode public trust. I commit to performing my responsibilities solely in the interest of fairness, justice and the public good.

I will not offer, promise or give any gift or benefit to any person or entity in order to influence a decision, gain an advantage or reward favourable treatment. I will also encourage others to act in accordance with this policy and report any attempt to offer or provide an improper gift or benefit.

I recognize that this commitment applies at all times, including during festive seasons, official events, meetings, site visits and any interaction related to my work. I will exercise due diligence and ensure that my actions reflect the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
